Loretta described how in her Corn Dance restaurant in Santa Fe, they didn’t use plastic corn jabbers, they braided the husk. She went on to describe a variety of dishes that can incorporate sweet corn, and then, once you boil the cobs into a sweet broth, the various soups and deserts that can be created from the broth.
